Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, you can. Any cancellation made will be refer to the policy of each services and seasons (accommodation, transport, flight ticket, tour, activity, etc). Every time you do the booking, Goodland Bali Tour will always advise you the booking conditions either it is NON REFUNDABLE or REFUNDABLE. Notice of cancellation or amendment of reservation must be received in writing. Cancellation charges are levied for NO SHOW clients and charge of reservation or cancellation of booking without prior notice to Goodland Bali Tour.
How to do the payment by credit card?
Payment by credit card will be subject to 3.5% of credit card processing surcharge and will be charge in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Refer to Indonesian banking regulation requires all credit card transaction has to be made in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Therefore if you choose to pay by credit card, the invoice will be pre- converted into IDR based on Goodland Bali Tour prevailing exchange rate. A link will be send, which will direct you to online form where you will have to fill in your credit card details. It will be processed by IPAYMU (license under PT. INTI PRIMA MANDIRI UTAMA) as the online payment gateway and it will show in your billing statement.
How to do the payment by bank transfer?
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, Goodland Bali Tour will invoice you the total amount together with the bank account details in IDR or USD (depend on the deal upon confirmation). Kindly note that all administration fee OR bank charges applied must be borned by customer.
How about the payment?
A deposit of 50% must be made by cash, telegraphic transfer or credit card. Final payment is required days prior to services date or arrival date depend on the season (LOW, HIGH or PEAK). In case of LAST MINUTE (less than 14 days), FULL PAYMENT is required IMMEDIATELY at the time of booking and confirmation.
How about health care in Bali?
Almost every hotel in Bali has a doctor that will come to the hotel to see you. There are also clinics, hospitals and doctor’s offices around Bali, however if you have a serious health issue I suggest the first plane to Singapore or home if it’s not too far. I suggest always get travel insurance.
Can I take medicine to Bali, and can I get medicine while there?
Yes, there are pharmacies in Bali that have most common drugs, such as antibiotics, anti diarrhea, cold and flu remedies. If you are bringing medicine to Bali make sure you have a prescription from your doctor on the label.
Will I be able to charge my cell phone, camera, and laptop?
Yes, as they are both 110 and 240. Power supply is usually 220 cycles. Normal outlets are plugs with two rounded pins. *Be forewarned hair dryers, straighteners and curling irons frequently blow up so use the one provided by the hotel.
What should I pack?
Bali is hot and all you really need is sandals and shorts, a sarong and bathing suit. Besides there is great shopping in Bali for anything you forgot to pack. Be advised when visiting Bali and if you want to go to a temple festivals you will need a blouse or shirt to at least cover your shoulders and a sash and sarong. The Balinese welcome you to their temple festivals but you must dress properly.

When is the best time to visit Bali?
The dry season is May through October and prefers June, July or August as it is Bali’s winter and it is cooler and dry. However during the other months Bali has morning or afternoon showers but doesn’t experience any monsoon.

Yes, there are ATM machines in most towns in Bali. Be aware of charges and contact your bank at home before you leave to tell them you will be in Bali.
What kind of money do they use in Bali and should I take cash or travelers checks?
The Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the money for all of Indonesian and Bali.
What language do they speak in Bali?
Bahasa Indonesia is the lingua franqa of Indonesia and the Balinese speak Balinese among themselves. However, English is widely spoken everywhere and you can easily get by.
Is there Internet access in Bali?
Yes, almost every hotel in Bali has Internet access in the rooms or lobby, be aware of room Internet charges. There are also cyber cafes at all of the major tourist destinations.

Once you get to Bali it is a great value. Home stays can be as cheap as US $10 a night if you’re on a strict budget, or you can spend up to US $2500 a night and certain villas.
